We want you to love your DFTBA apparel, but if your order isn't quite right, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that certain limited edition drops or charity items may be final sale.

Ensure your items are in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, and that you are within the 30-day return window from the date of delivery.
Start Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange for a different size.
Pack and Ship
Print your prepaid shipping label and securely package your items, ensuring you include the packing slip before dropping the parcel off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship out your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
