How long will it take for my order to ship?
Standard processing time is 3-5 business days. Once shipped, domestic orders typically arrive within 5-7 business days, while international shipping can take 2-4 weeks depending on the destination.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept returns and exchanges on unworn and unwashed apparel within 30 days of delivery. Please note that certain limited-edition items or clearance products may be final sale.
How do I know which size to order?
Each product page features a detailed size chart. We recommend measuring a favorite shirt you already own and comparing it to our dimensions to ensure the perfect fit.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Please be aware that international orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or VAT, which are the responsibility of the customer upon delivery.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
We strive for the highest quality, but if your item is defective or damaged, please email our support team with your order number and a photo of the damage so we can send a replacement immediately.
How should I care for my DFTBA apparel?
To preserve the print and fabric quality, we recommend machine washing your garments inside out in cold water and tumble drying on low heat or hanging to dry.
